The Anonymous browsing is needed when you are doing something wrong, but actually i am not authorized to say that, but for other crucial reasons if you want to "Go Anonymous", here are some tips
1. The idea is of using "Icognito Mode", you can easilly activate the same by "Ctrl+Shft+N"
This makes your browsing private and doesn't record history, temp files and even cookies
2. Using the Add-On's like Ghostery , so that it will prevent someone to watch you and also tells who is watching you
