Using Google image for Official work, Should I Pay?

The question splits in to two questions
1. Which  image you are using?
                OR
2. For what purpose you are using the image

To know it correctly you should first verify the image for the copyrights,

1. If it is a logo type for sure you cannot use, or else you shoul pay large
2. If not, you cannot use any persons picture for official purpose, if you are using it means you are promoting something with the help of person in the pic, for that you should take permission of that person (Not for celebrities, or public figures photo-shoot)
3. Take any image you want to use just the copy right terms from the website you obtain the image
4. 95% of Google images will not have the copyright
5. If you are in doubt, download the picture you want to use for the official and just verify by using "Google Image Verification"
6. If you see the so many duplications then with out tense you can use that pic for your purpose
